1. How much does it cost to study at Oslo International Bible College? Currently the tuition is NOK 14,000 (NOK 7,000 per semester) for Year 1 of OIBC. Tuition for Year 2 will vary some from area of specialization to area of specialization. Currently his includes a study trip abroad (year 1). In addition, there will be cost for books, study materials and living expenses. For foreign residents, special conditions apply (please see Admission information for further details)
2. Do I have to have a current visa in Norway in order to study at Oslo International Bible College? Yes, for foreign residents it is necessary to have a valid study permit in order to attend OIBC. (Please see the admission information and consult the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI, www.udi.no) or the school for more information.)
3. From where do the students come at Oslo International Bible College? Students at OIBC normally come from a wide variety of backgrounds, culturally and denominationally. Some of the nationalities presently represented are the Philippines, Norway, Kenya, Tanzania, Malaysia, Ghana, Rwanda, India, Nepal, Cameroon and more. OIBC has students from Pentecostal, Lutheran, Catholic, Methodist and many other backgrounds.
4. How many years does Oslo International Bible College? OIBC is a 2-year full-time study program in church and mission leadership and in order to successfully graduate the program both years must be completed.

6. How will the school year at Oslo International Bible College help me in the future? Previous and present students tell of a life-changing experience as a result of the school year, both with regard to personal faith and development, cross-cultural communication, knowledge about life and society, as well as development of skills needed for ministry both outside and inside the church. Former students today work as pastors, missionaries, professors, church planters, as well as being other kinds of leaders in church and society.
7. Can I continue to study at other institutions after the school year at Oslo International Bible College? At present, OIBC does not offer formal credits in the higher educational system in Norway, yet a system for assessing study points in vocational colleges in Europe and Norway is currently being developed. Previous students have been able to transfer credits from OIBC in whole or in part to institutions in the United States and in the United Kingdom. The school is currently in close dialogue with several higher learning institutions in Norway and abroad in order to see how credits may be earned at OIBC and transfer to other institutions. Many former students have also said that their year at OIBC was a year of preparation and very useful for further studies.
