Year 1

During Year 1 of the Church and Mission Leadership program, you will go through a balanced curriculum, incorporating both Bible courses, church history and theology, practical leadership and ministry courses, as well as covering a variety of other personal and ministry development aspects.

Check in particular out the OIBC Ministry Workshops, which represents the major component of the hands-on practical ministry training during Year 1. All the Ministry Workshops are designed to provide theoretical and practical insight and skills useful in various areas of ministry. The workshops are also an important preparation for the students concentration in practical areas of ministry during Year 2. Students can choose from a variety of workshops, both in the fall and in the spring.
