The faculty and staff of OIBC are qualified personnel in their various areas of work and specialization. They come from varied background educationally, denominationally and with a great variety of educational and ministry experience. Each person is part of OIBC to serve the students and the overall educational process of OIBC.
Visiting teachers vary from school year to school year, but every year a number of guest lecturers from Norway and abroad come to the school to teach or minister in our chapel services. Some of the visiting teachers that have come in the past are: Larry & Judy Frick, Dr. Jim Cecy, Øyvind Gaarder Andersen, Jan Eriksen, Egon Falk, Bruno Knutzen and many others. OIBC works closely with many international churches whose pastors frequently visit the school and speaks in chapel services and other events.
